ELN Game Studio and Eureka Learning Network combine education, compliance, technology and workplace expertise.
We begin with the problem, then determine whether the strongest response is learning design, governance, assessment, immersive practice, a digital twin or a connected solution.
Most organisations do not need another off-the-shelf course. They need a practical response to a capability, compliance, education or operational challenge. That response may involve curriculum, assessment, governance, workforce learning, a custom VR module, a digital twin or several connected elements.
ELN begins with the outcome, the people and the environment in which performance must occur. We then determine what people need to understand, decide and do, and which combination of learning, technology, practice, evidence and implementation support will produce the strongest result.
Eureka Learning Network and ELN Game Studio work across that whole system. We can deliver one defined component or bring the elements together as a connected solution.

T.R.Dee™

We design complete learning pathways, not isolated content. This may include curriculum, eLearning, interactive HTML, video, facilitator resources, learner guides, scenarios, knowledge checks and blended delivery built around what people need to understand and do.

We develop purpose-built VR learning modules that allow people to explore environments, practice procedures, recognise hazards, use equipment and experience the consequences of decisions in a controlled setting.
Modules can stand alone or connect with eLearning, workshop practice and formal assessment.

We help organisations turn regulatory requirements into functioning systems. Services include governance frameworks, policies, procedures, audit preparation, quality assurance, risk, registration readiness and continuous improvement

We connect learning with real tasks, decisions, standards and workplace expectations. Solutions may combine digital learning, coached practice, simulation, supervisor involvement and evidence of performance.

We recreate real workplaces, equipment and processes as interactive environments for orientation, planning, operational learning and repeatable practice. The level of fidelity is matched to the intended outcome rather than technology for its own sake.

We provide independent analysis before organisations commit to a solution. This can include capability mapping, learning strategy, Ethical AI, evaluation planning, delivery-model advice and decisions about when immersive technology will add genuine value.

For complex or evolving needs, we work as an extended capability partner. We can investigate the problem, coordinate subject-matter expertise, develop the solution, test it with users and improve it over time

An immersive solution designed around a real operational or learning requirement.
We work with government to create immersive learning, virtual reality simulations and tailored digital training solutions.
Learning design, assessment, recognition, quality review and immersive practice that can complement formal training and assessment.
Governance, course development, assessment, quality assurance, Ethical AI and registration-readiness support.
Career exploration, vocational pathways, transferable skills and immersive experiences that help students connect learning with future work.
Workforce learning, safety, operational capability, digital twins and simulation built around real workplace requirements.

Our work brings together education, technology and workplace practice. These examples show how different services can be combined to address a specific challenge.

Immersive learning developed through testing and redesign
Tradiecraft® was developed as a simulated engineering and manufacturing workplace where learners can build familiarity, practice decisions and experience consequences before entering a physical workshop or workplace.
The work combined:
Testing and implementation involved 80 learners and workers across multiple settings.

A workplace learning pathway combined WHS virtual reality, SCORM learning, knowledge development and assessment through a responsible provider.
Workers completed the pathway, demonstrating how immersive practice can form part of a broader learning and assessment approach.
The work combined:

ELN supported the development of connected governance, quality, policy, course and implementation systems for an emerging Australian higher education provider.
The work combined:
You do not need to decide which service you require before contacting us.
Tell us what needs to change, who needs to learn or perform, and what a successful outcome would look like. We will help determine whether the
right response involves advisory support, learning design, assessment, workforce learning, immersive technology or a combination of services.
