ELN works with you to understand the learning and capability needs of staff, students and other stakeholders. We examine what people need to know, recognise, decide and do before recommending a response.
Some challenges cannot be solved through a standard product or a short procurement brief. A Tailored Learning Partnership gives ELN and the client space to understand the environment, involve the right people and develop the response progressively.
The partnership begins with discovery. ELN examines the required outcome, audience, work context, evidence, constraints and existing resources. A small prototype, pilot or priority component may then be used to test the most important assumptions before a larger build proceeds.
This approach is suitable when learning, governance, technology and implementation are closely connected. It creates a clear pathway from early analysis through design, testing, delivery, evaluation and improvement, with decisions documented throughout the project.
Clients often know that something needs to improve but are not yet certain whether the answer is training, assessment, a resource, a simulation or something else.
