ELN works with TAFEs and RTOs to develop learning, assessment and immersive experiences that are credible, compliant and practical to deliver.
TAFEs and RTOs need learning and assessment that is educationally sound, practical to deliver and supported by credible evidence. ELN works across curriculum, resources, assessment, recognition, compliance, workforce learning and immersive education.
Support may include learner and facilitator resources, assessment tools, RPL and RCC systems, mapping, validation, course redevelopment, eLearning, SCORM, simulation and implementation planning.
The work is designed with the trainer, assessor and learner experience in mind, not only the final document set.
Tradiecraft® and White Card immersive learning are learning and preparation resources. The responsible TAFE or RTO retains responsibility for delivery scope, supervised practice, assessment, issuance and compliance with applicable requirements.

Tradiecraft® supports workshop familiarisation, hazard recognition, tool and equipment learning, workplace processes and decisions. Bill and Olive establish the workplace context while T.R.Dee™ remains the learner’s continuing guide.
Tradiecraft® supports learning and preparation. It does not replace trainers, real tools, supervised practice, workplace experience or formal assessment. The responsible TAFE or RTO retains responsibility for training and assessment decisions.
