Build credible higher education, from governance to learners

Business team discussing reports in a meeting room.

ELN supports universities and emerging providers with governance, registration readiness, curriculum, learning design, assessment and quality assurance.

Higher education quality depends on the relationship between governance, curriculum, assessment, student support, academic integrity and continuous improvement. ELN supports established and emerging providers to build these elements as a connected institutional system.

For new-provider and registration work, support may include governance structures, terms of reference, delegations, strategic and risk planning, course and subject documentation, assessment, learning resources, student-support systems, evidence mapping and implementation readiness. Registration is treated as the establishment of a functioning provider, not simply an application-writing exercise.

ELN can also support curriculum renewal, authentic assessment, Ethical AI, industry consultation and academic quality review. TEQSA remains the regulatory decision-maker, and the website must never imply that ELN can guarantee registration or approval.

Problems we solve

  •  A new provider is preparing for registration.
  • Governance structures are not sufficiently defined.
  • Policies are not connected to practice.
  • Courses need development or review.
  • TEQSA requirements are difficult to translate into operations.
  • Learning and assessment need improvement.

New provider registration and governance

Registration documentation must describe an organisation that can genuinely operate. ELN treats registration as the establishment of a functioning institution, not only the production of an application. Experience includes:-

  • Frameworks
  • Academic integrity and quality assurance
  • Course monitoring and review
  • Student-support frameworks
  • Evidence registers and readiness planning

TEQSA readiness

  • Standards-based gap analysis
  • Evidence mapping
  • Governance review
  • Course and subject documentation
  • Assessment and moderation
  • Staffing and scholarship frameworks
  • Student support
  • Learning resources and technology
  • Continuous improvement
  • Submission and review preparation

Curriculum, Learning and Ethical AI

  • Course architecture and curriculum mapping
  • Graduate attributes and learning outcomes
  • Authentic assessment and rubrics
  • Industry-connected and work-integrated learning
  • Ethical AI frameworks
  • Assessment redesign and authorship evidence
  • Academic integrity and human oversight
